Can I cancel the test?

The test can be cancelled in case of serious medical conditions with evidence of the same. The supporting evidence must be received by your Test Centre before or no later than five calendar days after the scheduled test date.

Can I reschedule the test?

The test can be rescheduled any time before the test. However, it depends on how near the date is. Also, a date needs to be selected where available within three months of your original test date.The test can be rescheduled only once.
